Punk rock with brass! 100 Kilo Herz: That's 3.5 punks, 1.5 jazzers and half an indie kid from Leipzig, who with their brass punk are indispensable from the stages of this country. Energetic music meets intelligent lyrics and lots of relaxed escalation in front of and on stage. The guys from 100 Kilo Herz convince with their enthusiasm and sweep every audience along. The mostly political lyrics are more topical than ever and always stick their finger into the open wounds of society. With their last album "Stadt Land Flucht" they managed to enter the Top 20 of the German album charts. The follow-up album is in the starting blocks for late summer 2023. Perhaps with a first teaser at the DEICHBRAND Festival? One may be curious!
